To follow-up her award-winning book, "When It Reigns, It Pours: Dog Tales," Maria Larsen tells a hilarious new tale about her beloved dog pack (Lido, Reign and Lilly). With humorous photos in comic-book format, the Larsen family dogs narrate the story of Lilly’s adoption and rehabilitation from rescue dog to wonder dog. The e-book for "Reign Over Me: A Ruff Life" won a bronze medal in 2015 from the Moonbeam Children's Book Awards. This is a must read for young readers and children of all ages. The Dog Writer's Association of America nominated Maria's latest crime thriller, "Protect & Serve: K-9 Policewoman," for an award in 2012. In 2013 her K-9 book was also chosen as a finalist in the INDIE Next Generation Book Awards. The Dog Writer's Association of America nominated Maria's new book, "They Call Me Lola," written in the perspective of an abandoned stray with a litter of puppies, for an award of excellence in 2013.
